The challenge
A fuel distributor reconciled tank levels, deliveries and sales in a fragile spreadsheet — and a hidden error in a rebate calculation had been quietly costing money for some time.

Our approach
We replaced the spreadsheet with a system that tracks tanks and deliveries and reconciles to the cent, with BAS-ready reporting. In the process we found and fixed the rebate bug the spreadsheet had been hiding in plain sight.

Reconciliation that balances, reporting that's ready for the accountant, and a costly error caught and corrected. In production.
